You''ll play a vital role in supporting the sales team, assisting with various aspects of personal lines insurance sales and client service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting with new business quotations and policy administration.

• Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.

• Handling client queries efficiently and professionally.

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

What You''ll Bring:

• RE5 certification and NQF Level 4 qualification in Short-Term Insurance are essential.

• Bilingual proficiency is a must.

• A strong work ethic and a proactive approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Reside in or be able to reliably commute to Randburg or Hillcrest for a fully office-based position.
