SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced driver to join our 5-star team!

POSITION INFO:

Core Responsibilities:

Transportation:

Safely transporting individuals, documents, or goods to various locations.

Errand Running:

Completing tasks such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or handling other personal or business errands.

Administrative Support:

May involve tasks like filing paperwork, making copies, or managing office supplies.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensuring the vehicle is clean, fuelled, and in good working order, and arranging for repairs when needed.

Route Planning:

Utilizing navigation apps or other tools to determine the most efficient routes.

Professionalism:

Interacting with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.

Specific examples of errands and tasks:

Grocery shopping: Purchasing food items based on a list or instructions.
Dry cleaning: Dropping off and picking up laundry items.
Mail and packages: Delivering and collecting mail, parcels, or other items.
Document delivery: Transporting important paperwork to various locations.
Office pickups: Picking up or dropping off supplies or documents.
Personal appointments: Driving individuals to appointments or other engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Valid driver''s license: Essential for operating a vehicle.
Good knowledge of local areas: Helpful for efficient route planning.
Strong communication skills: Essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.
Organizational skills: Important for managing multiple tasks and appointments.
Reliability and punctuality: Crucial for ensuring timely completion of tasks.
