SUMMARY:
Personal Assistant to General/Aesthetic Practitioner

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a young, proactive and friendly PA to join this medical team

Location: Tamboerskloof

Requirements:

Must be a qualified beauty therapist or have previous experience as PA/Receptionist in a beauty or aesthetic clinic.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, email, Excel spreadsheets

Well spoken and friendly with an excellent command of the English Language

Well groomed and Presentable

Well mannered and calm under pressure

Dynamic with a strong personality to handle all kinds of situations

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Answering telephones

Making and Managing appointments

Managing email, Whatsapp and telephone enquiries

Billing clients after appointments

Ordering stock

Welcoming patients on arrival

Assisting doctor with small cosmetic procedures

Social Media

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8 – 5pm

The occasional Saturday if required
