Personal Assistant

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in property management and/or real estate
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence
• Willing and able to work in the office and travel to properties when required
• Computer literate and comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
• Stable and traceable employment history
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, well-spoken and able to work effectively with people
• Able to work independently, manage priorities and use initiative
• Reliable, resilient, proactive and solutions-orientated
• Strong organisational and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative and personal assistance
• Managing correspondence, appointments and daily schedules
• Communicating professionally with tenants, service providers and other stakeholders
• Maintaining property records and related documentation
• Coordinating meetings, property inspections, and follow-up tasks
• Assisting with general property-management and real-estate administration
• Visiting properties and completing off-site tasks when required
• Handling confidential information with discretion
