SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable, personable and organised PA to support our client, at her private practice located on the outskirts of George.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both the Doctor and the day-to-day running of her surgery practice. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a key role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.

POSITION INFO:

Overview of Responsibilities

Managing the doctor's diary and appointment bookings
Welcoming and assisting clients, both in person and telephonically.
Handling client queries, correspondence, and follow-ups
Coordinating pre- and post-procedure client communication
Assisting with ad hoc personal tasks for the doctor
Ensuring client confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements

Essential that you have your own reliable transport, due to where our client is based.
Previous experience as a PA to a Doctor, medical receptionist or a retired PA
Computer literacy essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
Flexible and adaptable approach
