SUMMARY:
Our client, a large concern in the medical supplies industry, is currently on the lookout for an experienced PA / Office Manager to commence their duties soonest at their Cape Town offices.

The company is located in Montague Gardens / which would be highly to your advantage if you live in close proximity

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

  • You will ensure that the director has excellent administrative support, enabling him to focus on strategic matters.
  • You must have a multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment and must be able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Being capable of wearing many hats, you must also be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude.
  • You must be discrete, and have a “can-do” attitude with a competitive drive to handle all projects with tact and precision.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a PA
  • Knowledge of standard software packages (and the ability to learn company-specific software)
  • Exceptional computer literacy skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Initiative
  • Maturity to handle a range of situations
  • A meticulous and thorough nature
  • An ability to work tight deadlines
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
It would be to your benefit if you live in close proximity to Montague Gardens

You must have a clear credit and criminal record and must have your own transport with a valid driver's license
