SUMMARY:
Seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant with Real Estate Administrator & Property Consultant experience to support the Principal Director in a real estate office in Mpumalanga.

POSITION INFO:

Personal Assistant

Reporting to: Principal

Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp) A dynamic real estate office is seeking a high-energy, organized, and client-focused Personal Assistant with Real Estate Administrator & Property Consultant experience to support the Principal Director and assist with property sales, rentals, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with property sales, rentals, listings, viewings, and client communication
• Prepare marketing materials, property descriptions, and social media content
• Conduct comparative market analyses and support pricing decisions
• Draft and manage mandates, OTPs, lease agreements, and related documentation
• Coordinate viewings, show houses, and client appointments
• Provide executive support to the Principal Director
• Assist with onboarding, office administration, filing, reporting, and vendor coordination
• Conduct property inspections and prepare reports as needed
• Drive to viewings, offices, suppliers, and other locations as needed
• Support marketing, branding, and general business operations
• Attend industry events, expos, and training sessions as required

Requirements

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client-service orientation
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work duties
• Flexibility to attend after-hours viewings or meetings when required
• Own vehicle
• Working Hours: 8am to 16:30 Mon to Fri

Commission: Earn 10% commission on successful sales or rentals from clients personally introduced through cold calling or other acquisition efforts (paid upon successful completion of the transaction).
