SUMMARY:
Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Nelspruit
Remuneration: R10 000 CTC – R15 000 CTC per month, depending on experience, plus Pension and Medical Aid benefits

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office by assisting with administrative coordination, basic financial tasks, and general support functions. This role requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance support.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and general office coordination.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and general communication.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial administrative tasks.
• Maintain organised filing systems and accurate records.
• Support the team with general administrative duties and office management tasks.

• Computer literate.
• Bookkeeping background advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
