Our client in Rustenburg is seeking a highly effective and exceptionally organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated executive-level support in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be confident, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) 
• Valid driver’s licence 
• Formal Qualification will be advantageous 
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant at executive level
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
• Strong administrative and organisational ability
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities
• Professional maturity and ability to engage confidently at senior level

Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Executive diary and calendar management
• Coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics
• Drafting and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Managing confidential documentation and communication
• Tracking action items and ensuring deadlines are met
• Acting as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
