A leading private hospital is seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Hospital Manager and assist the team of medical doctors across various departments. This pivotal role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric plus a Diploma/Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
• 4 Years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Afrikaans
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
