POSITION INFO:

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive, high-level office administration and operational support. This role requires a meticulous, self-motivated professional capable of managing multi-faceted tasks independently while maintaining strict compliance with organizational standards.

The employee must be able to compile and deliver comprehensive monthly management reports, oversee daily office operations and maintain administrative workflows. The employee must further provide flexible, ad-hoc operational support across departments, execute all duties in alignment with company General Rules of Conduct and maintain standards required by the Quality Management System (ISO/TS16949). The employee shall also adhere to Safety, Health, and Environmental Systems (ISO14001; OHSAS18001) and fulfill obligations arising from official management system representative appointments.

Education/Experience:

Qualification – Minimum School:

Matriculation essential.

Post School:

Secretarial diploma and or extensive experience at an equivalent level.

Minimum Experience

Ten-year experience on a senior level. Computer literate (advance level on all packages).

Computer Skills:

Competency in Email, Windows and Microsoft office software as well as SharePoint.
