Permanent Home Based Fluent German Speakers needed

POSITION INFO:

We are very excited to share with you an opportunity that has arisen at one of our clients in Cape Town. Our Client is in the Customer Service industry servicing the German market. 

We are looking for fluent German speakers to permanently work from home and join the customer service associate team on the 16th of April 2021.

The following is what is required:

• Matric or Equivalent qualification 
• Computer literacy 
• Be social media savvy 
• Only South African citizens/ Perm resident holders
• Availability to attend training in Cape Town
• Must have a valid passport and able to travel to Germany for 1 week of client-specific training
• High-level fluency in German & English languages
• High leave of Computer literacy
• Social media savvy on various platforms and applications
• Stable unlimited internet connection if applying for a home-based role
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in providing real-time feedback to customers preferable
• Call centre or relevant customer service experience will be advantageous
• Ability to work independently with strong discipline

Remuneration:

• The Hourly Rate is R110 
• Performance Bonuses
• Medical aid and Pension fund
