SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company.

POSITION INFO:

Processing payroll data for 300 employees
The role entails having experience and knowledge of overtime, Sunday pay, public holiday pay as these are calculated at different rates
Submission of EMP201s and EMP501s
Good knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and Labour Relations Act.
Good working knowledge of VIP and Sage
Understanding of the accounting journals that need to be processed on the system
Experience with provident and pension funds
Analysis of monthly payroll data, ability to present movement of employees on a monthly basis, ensure that budgeted costs are not exceeded.
