JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Liaise with stakeholders, both internally and externally
Load information for new starters, staff leaving, maternity / paternity, UIF, etc.
Update staff information
Prepare documents for payroll
Load all changes to medical aid / pension
Check invoices against statements
Balance wage recons
Manage annual leave schedules
Maintain petty cash
General filing

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric with maths
MS Office
Diploma / Degree in Finance / HR
5 years’ experience processing payroll, tax and benefits – non negotiable
Attention to detail
Business acumen
Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Able to work to strict deadlines
Multi-tasking abilities
Able to work in a hybrid approach (good internet & privacy when working from home)

WORKING HOURS:

Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00
