Our client is a business run by family values and is passionate about delivering customer-centric products and services that help their clients build enduring relationships.  They are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Consultant to serve their internal clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

  • Liaise with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Load information for new starters, staff leaving, maternity / paternity, UIF, etc.
  • Update staff information
  • Prepare documents for payroll
  • Load all changes to medical aid / pension
  • Check invoices against statements
  • Balance wage recons
  • Manage annual leave schedules
  • Maintain petty cash
  • General filing
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric with maths
  • MS Office
  • Diploma / Degree in Finance / HR
  • 5 years’ experience processing payroll, tax and benefits – non negotiable
  • Attention to detail
  • Business acumen
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Able to work in a hybrid approach (good internet & privacy when working from home)
WORKING HOURS:
  • Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00
