JOB DESCRIPTION:

A partner to the world’s leading mining companies is currently seeking a Payroll Supervisor. This company is a global leader and operates in numerous countries.

As a Payroll Supervisor you will responsible for the following:

IRP5 at Tax year end and bi annual tax submission to SARS
Process a payroll full function
Process salaries and wages
Writing reports
Import batches from Excel to VIP
Sage 300 Reconciliation
Filling of payroll admin
Resolve queries
Controlling leave records
Dealing with appointment letters and increase letters
Prepare the annual Employment Equity
Prepare Worker’s Compensation report

Job Experience and Skills Required:
HR / Payroll Degree
Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience
Experience in Sage 300 and Pastel
Excellent leadership skills
Able to communicate at senior level
