My client with over a decade experience in Retail is seeking for Payroll supervisor who will ensure timely administration, reconciliation of all payments, monthly and annual tax procedures and perform payroll auditing functions through efficient supervision and judgement

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Managing a team of Remuneration administrators.
Check month end reports
Accurate processing of statutory and 3rd party payments.
Manage medical aid recons and audits.
Co-ordinate ad-hoc interim payment or collections of erroneous payments.
Month end Reconciling a reporting to HR & Finance.
Dealing with internal and external customer queries.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Diploma in Payroll / Finance
3 to 5 years’ payroll experience including Employee Benefits
Current knowledge of BCEA and Tax Legislation.
• Managing a team of Remuneration administrators
