Requirements

1. Grade 12
2. Post graduate qualification (Certificate Diploma or degree) in HR or Finance would be beneficial
3. Legislation knowledge of Labour relations, Basic conditions of employment Act, SARS - PAYE
4. Payroll processing and capturing experience 3-5 years
5. MIBCO or other bargaining council experience would be beneficial.
6. Sage VIP Experience 3-5 years
7. Comfortable traveling to work daily 5 days week to Germiston, Wadeville
8. Intermediate to advance excel skills

Duties

1. Payroll Function
2. Data integrity of payroll/employees
3. Understanding of human resources and labour rules and regulations
4. Garnishees & Maintenance orders processing
5. Additional payment processing
6. Responsible for timeous and accurate capturing of employee data in respect of engagements, terminations, transfers, and promotions
7. Ensuring staff accounts balances and are correct.
8. Maintains payroll information - Updates payroll records
9. Managing of monthly payroll information

1. Balances payroll accounts during processing of payroll
2. Resolving payroll discrepancies with payroll manager
3. Complying with legislation and requirements
4. Tracking of employee absence
5. Timeous communication to departments/employees regarding changes. Responding to queries professionally
6. Achieving monthly deadlines. Performing quality control audits to ensure accuracy or processed work.
