Working closely with the UK Payroll Manager and international teams, you'll ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while gaining valuable exposure to global payroll operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc payrolls across multiple international regions.
Manage payroll queries relating to salaries, tax, pensions, leave, and statutory payments.
Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Maintain payroll records and prepare reconciliations, journals, and payroll reports.
Assist with pension submissions, statutory reporting, and payroll compliance.
Monitor employee leave records and payroll-related administration.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, and operational teams on payroll matters.
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, company policies, and internal controls.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Education:

Relevant Payroll Qualification (advantageous)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Payroll, or a related field (advantageous)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Administrator.
Experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
Exposure to high-volume payroll environments.
Experience preparing payroll reconciliations and payroll reporting.
International payroll experience will be highly advantageous.

Skills:

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
