B.Comm required.80% of position entail Payroll and 20 % H.R. Looking for minimum 5 years'''' working exp. Must have advanced Excel and possibly Sage payroll. Solid Accounting background.

Familiar with BCEA, LRA and COID, statutory thresholds for payroll, be able to do manual salary package calculations to ensure a solid understanding, including taxes. Previous experience in an FMCG manufacturing company, Biometric clocking system payroll accountng package - SAGE and accounts recons - Sage Evolution. Payroll for 2 companies with approximatley 500 permanenent staff and 200 casual workers for which hours and gross wage caculatons are prepared
