Ballito. Growing business within the Petroleum industry seeks competent, meticulous Bookkeeper / Payroll Clerk with relevant experience in bookkeeping, compiling wage and salary registers and reconciliation of such.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Compilation of wage and salary register (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) of + / - 60 current employees
Reconciliation of salaries and wages to general ledger and cashbook
Monthly payroll journal
Management of Provident Fund (addition / removal of employees and monthly recons to wage register / general ledger)
UIF and PAYE monthly submissions
E-filing experience in registering companies for PAYE and UIF
Basic bookkeeping
