JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Payroll Administrator

Location: Port Elizabeth

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • NQF Level 6 qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • VIP Payroll experience essential
  • Knowledge of the National Bargaining Council for the Road and Freight Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI) is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Capture bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers
  • Submit attendance registers to Financial Manager
  • Process leave onto VIP
  • Prepare performance based rewards calculations
  • Assist with payroll queries
  • Complete exit documents
  • Review monthly payroll
