SUMMARY:
My client in Isando is looking for a Payroll Administrator in the Automotive Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

VIP Premier Payroll system essential for 350 employees monthly

Full payroll cycle (capturing, leave, termination, PAYE etc.)

Working knowledge of MIBCO

Excellent skills using Ms Excel, ODBC (open database connectivity), ERS Biometric, ESS (Employee Self Service)

Prepare month-end journals and reporting integrating to the financial system

Need to handle claims, overtiime, leave balances, head count and month end reports

5 years + in a payroll office

Payroll qualification advantage

Code 8 License
