Are you a meticulous, passionate and trustworthy person who takes pride in their professional life? There is an exciting opportunity available in the beautiful Western Cape for a financially skilled individual with experience in Payroll Administration.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding per the agreed company procedures on Sage People
Gathering payroll-related data, including garnishments and other deductions
Payroll processing of bi-weekly wages and monthly salaries
Prepare and submit monthly EMP201, UIF and Momentum reports
Prepare and submit annual IRP5 and WCA/RMA returns
Maintain employee files utilizing a database system

Skills & Experience:
Finance related qualification
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Sage 300 software (non-negotiable)
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Detail-orientated, organised, and reliable individual
Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with employees’ personal information

Qualification:
Matric certificate
BCom or similar finance qualifications advantageous
