SUMMARY:
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - Permanent [Minimum of 5 years’ experience]

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB PURPOSE : PAYROLL & INVOICING ADMINISTRATION
  • Timeous and accurate completion of contractors salaries and salary payslips on Sage VIP Payroll Premier
  • Timeous and accurate issuing of invoices on Sage Pastel Partner V17
  • Nurture and maintain good relationships with both clients and contractors, simultaneously behaving in a professional manner
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
PAYROLL
  • Hourly and Monthly Payroll
  • Collation of timesheets [hours and claims] onto Excel Spreadsheets
  • Processing Payrolls on VIP Payroll Premier
  • Handling all Payroll / Invoicing queries
  • Debtor Invoicing on Sage Pastel Partner V17
  • Reconciling Remittances to Invoices
  • Month End Statements
  • Leave Administration
  • Advance, Gratuity & Special Payments
  • Adding & Terminating Employees onto Sage VIP Payroll Premier
  • UIF Forms
  • Electronic Filing of documents
COMPUTER PACKAGES : MUST HAVE CURRENT EXPERIENCE ON THESE PACKAGES 
  • Sage VIP Payroll Premier
  • Sage Pastel Partner
  • MS Office [Excel, Word & Outlook]
SYSTEMS & PROCEDURES : ADHERENCE TO SYSTEMS & PROCEDURES
  • Ensure adherence to company’s Systems and Procedures
  • Adherence to company’s Values and Behaviours
  • Communicating the company’s brand at all times
  • Attention to detail orientated
  • Organised
  • Well-Presented
