SUMMARY:
On a search for an experienced Payroll Administrator for one of my listed JSE hospitality clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
My client is one of the leading hospitality clients listed on the JSE. They are focussed on providing hotel and gaming services to its clients nationally and across Africa.
They seek to employ someone to handle the full payroll administration of their inland region.
Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience on Payspace beneficial
Must have strong payroll legislation knowledge
Must have a post matric qualification in Payroll/HR/Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly payroll administration and processing
Assisting wider payroll team with payroll preparation for the region
Coordination of payments, including the upload of electronic bank files to local banking
Preparation and submissions of EMP and other compliance returns as required
Maintenance of annual leave and personal leave reporting and reconciliation.
Preparation of monthly payroll journals, month end reports and various other reporting
Management of workers compensation policies

Providing payroll related support and advice to employees
