Payroll Administrator required for East Rand based company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
Matric
Experienced and proficient on Sage 300 People
Previous experience in dealing with meibc / mibfa
Duties

Attend to adhoc staff queries, processing and payments
Maintain personnel Files and update employee info on payroll and control employee leave
Administration of Terminated Employees, compiling of termination papers ie UIF, Certificate of Service, MIBFA, Sick Fund Administration of New & Transferred Employees Open new employee files, contracts & job descriptions
Capture weekly hours from the timecard system (Uniclox) into Excel Spreadsheet & reconcile hours Process and reconcile weekly wages - Capture weekly deductions i.e. garnishee orders, union, MIBFA,
Prepare and finalization of weekly payroll, printing, filing and balancing of weekly reports and pay slips Monthly duties
Capture, process and reconcile salaries
Capture monthly hours from the timecard system onto payroll Administration, reconciliation and monthly payments of garnishee orders, insurance, union, medical aid and other personal deductions from employees and Statutory returns;
Costing & Payment schedule for Management & Accounts Prepare and finalization of monthly payrolls a day before pay day
Capture all personnel entries on Sage People Mid-year Feb tax year end and August reconciliation. Annually Reconcile Feb Tax year end reconciliation & Submit to HR
Print and Compile Company Financial Year end reports for auditors
