Salary R15K - R23K depending on qualifications and experience

A Hotel and Lodge Group is looking for a payroll Administrator.

DUTIES:

1. Check clock cards & attendance registers

2. Ensure all leave forms received

3. Manage garnishee orders for staff

4. Manage staff debt and other staff deductions

5. Compiling of Head Count Reports

6. Salaries and inputs for 10 payrolls’ monthly/weekly – SAGE VIP Premier

7. Import Salaries to Banking App and Release

8. Payslips (VIP system – skilled & experience)

9. Compile Monthly Salary Schedules

10. Stop Order Schedules and Payments

11. UIF Submit

12. Compile SARS PAYE, UIF & SDL

13. WFP Reports

14. Costing and Company Recon Reports

15. Monthly Salary Variance Reports

16. Employee Loan Summary Reports

17. Manage Employee Annual Leave Summaries

18. Staff Contracts

19. Birthday Lists

20. Service Anniversary Lists

21. Correspondence with Department of Labour UI19 etc

22. Provident Funds

23. Bereavement Funds

24. Assistance for BEE

25. Workman Compensation Reports and Submissions

26. IOD Reporting

27. EasyFile – EMP501

28. Compiling TERS csv files
