Our client in the Logistics Industry is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their company in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Geographical area: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape

Salary range: Market Related

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Full responsibility of attendance register capturing and formulation on MS Excel.
• Process payroll input onto VIP and bargaining councils MIBCO and NBCRFLI
• Ensure all leave forms are submitted and accounted for
• Assist with payroll queries
• Complete exit documents (withdrawal forms, UI19 certificates & certificate of service)
• Month end reporting and KPI statistics
• Confirm employment of employees with 3rd parties.

 Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Diploma / NQF level 6 (Diploma course of 1 to 3 years)
• 3 years’ payroll experience
• Working experience on Sage VIP Premier
• NBCRFLI & MIBCO Bargaining Council experience and processing advantageous
• High degree of administrative skills
• High level of computer proficiency – MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Own vehicle essential
