Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate payroll processing, extensive payroll capturing and administration, as well as managing employee clocking information

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant qualification in Payroll, Finance, Human Resources or a related field will be advantageous
• 3 Years’ experience in payroll administration
• Proficiency in Sage 300 Payroll
• Previous experience working with employee clock-in/clocking systems
• Strong payroll capturing experience – the role involves a high volume of data capturing
• Experience processing and capturing employee information accurately
• Good understanding of payroll processes and procedures
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines
• Valid drivers license plus own reliable vehicle
