POSITION INFO:
A well-established group within the manufacturing and fast-moving consumer products sector is seeking a detail-driven Payroll Administrator to join their central HR and finance team. This position is custom-built for an organized payroll professional who excels at managing high-volume employee records, maintaining pristine documentation, and executing precise payroll inputs.

Operating at the core of employee administration, you will handle new joiner setups, termination calculations, leave reconciliations, and payroll data capturing on Sage 300 Payroll. Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Data & Ledger Updates: Maintain and update employee profiles, personal details, banking changes, and statutory deduction parameters on Sage 300 Payroll.
• Payroll Inputs & Processing: Capture and verify monthly payroll inputs, overtime schedules, leave records, and attendance data prior to final submission.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Administration: Execute administrative setup for new hires and calculate accurate final payments and leave encashment for terminations.
• Reconciliations & Queries: Assist with routine payroll reconciliations, resolve employee queries timeously, and maintain audit-ready payroll documentation and filing systems.

• Formal Education: Completed Matric / Grade 12; a tertiary qualification in Payroll, HR, or Accounting is advantageous.
• Experience Track Record: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of solid experience in a dedicated Payroll Administration capacity.
