SUMMARY:
Our client in the Retail Industry has a vacancy available for a Sage 300 Payroll administrator to join their organisation. This is a 3 month contract position.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Run an efficient payroll
Maintain integrity & confidentiality of payroll information
Process payroll for approximately 1700 employees
Manage monthly payroll preparation & timely payment of employees & third parties
Prepare relevant payroll reports and meaningful analysis of payroll data
Reconcile payroll to HR Database and Financial General ledger
Import hours monthly into the Sage 300 people
Administer IRP5’s and IT3 documentation at the end of the Tax year

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant qualification & certification on Payroll (reputable tertiary institution)
Previous experience on Sage 300 People Payroll system
Strong on Excel
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail / Organised
Strong work ethic & integrity
Calm under pressure, deadline driven
Computer literate / affinity with payroll & financial systems
Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation & statutory requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills with all staff
