JOB DESCRIPTION
- NB NB Ability to multi-task and manage demanding workload in a highly pressurised environment.
- Do not apply if not able to work under a large amount of pressure.
- Ensure all Cash and EFT payments to suppliers of scrap are processed accurately and timeously
- Capturing of data
Qualifying experience:
- A minimum Grade 12 certificate
- 2 years relevant experience
- Computer literate – MS Office, internet and e-mail – Excel compulsory
- Ability to work neatly and clearly when capturing data and filing electronically
- Ability to process data quickly and accurately
- Performing complex mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.
Qualifying attributes:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organise and plan carefully
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Good reporting skills
- Excellent administrative skills
