A luxury 5-star property is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about pastry, baking, and dessert presentation, who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Assist the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Chef with menu development and production planning
• Maintain consistent portion control and high presentation standards
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
• Assist with training and mentoring junior pastry staff

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar pastry role, ideally in a 4 or 5-star property
• Formal culinary or pastry qualification
• Passion for patisserie, baking, and dessert plating
• Creativity, precision, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to relocate and live on-site
