SUMMARY:
A prestigious luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger area is seeking a creative and passionate Pastry Chef to join their culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-end, nature-inspired environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional desserts and baked goods.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute an elegant pastry and dessert menu aligned with the lodge’s fine dining standards
• Prepare breads, pastries, and plated desserts from scratch
• Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene and stock control
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to enhance the overall guest dining experience

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Formal culinary qualification or relevant certification
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury lodge or fine dining establishment
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
