Purpose Of The Job:

Our client is seeking a qualified Technician to join their dynamic service team. To carry out diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of passenger vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and workshop procedures.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics on passenger vehicles
Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Identify and report any additional work required on vehicles
Ensure all work is documented accurately on service sheets and systems
Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and vehicle inventory
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental procedures
Assist in training junior technicians or apprentices as required
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service

Requirements:

Qualified Automotive Technician (certified by recognized institution)
Minimum [3–5] years’ experience working on passenger vehicles in a dealership environment
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Valid driver’s license
Own reliable transport preferred
Ability to work overtime when required
Good communication and teamwork skills
Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!

Desirable Attributes:

Experience with dealership-standard diagnostic tools and software
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
