Remuneration: R19 000.00 dependent on skill-set, qualifications and experience

Purpose Of The Job:

Our client a Passenger Vehicle dealership requires an experienced Creditors Clerk / Junior Bookkeeper to join their Team! The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, must have a strong background in financial administration within the motor industry and proven experience working on the Evolve system.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Processing and reconciling creditors’ accounts
Capturing invoices accurately and timeously
Preparing and reconciling supplier statements to creditors’ ledger
Processing payments and ensuring compliance with company policies
Managing and resolving creditor queries efficiently
Assisting with month-end closing and reporting
Supporting the finance department with general bookkeeping duties
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Requirements:

Experience working on Evolve ESSENTIAL!
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in creditors or bookkeeping in the motor industry
Strong reconciliation skills with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Accurate and detail-driven
Deadline-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Proactive and able to take initiative
Dealership Motor Industry experience at dealership level ESSENTIAL!!
