Parts Salesperson (George)

SUMMARY:
Job purpose:
To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective Customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform.

Qualifications and or Experience:

• Customer Care and or Marketing diploma, degree and or relevant experience
• At least 3 years’ experience within Customer Care/ Sales
• Experienced with a number of systems
• Full understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and re-work
• Experience within the sales environment within the automotive industry
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Automotive Parts (Non-Negotiable)
• Computer literate
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Own transport & valid driver’s license

POSITION INFO:
The Salesperson will assist the customer in understanding the products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
