SUMMARY:
Parts Sales Executive (Truck Parts)

POSITION INFO:

Our client is currently recruiting for a Parts Sales position. The role requires experience within the commercial vehicle sector and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric is compulsory.
2 to 5 years’ experience in truck or commercial vehicle parts sales.
Experience with recognised brands such as FAW, Volvo, MAN, or other commercial vehicle groups.
Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP/parts management system.
Valid driver’s licence.
Sober habits, professional work ethic, and in good physical health.
Reliable transport to and from work.
Clear criminal record (verification will apply).

Technical & Operational Requirements:

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to correctly identify parts.
Understanding of parts catalogues, VIN decoding, and OEM part identification.
Experience with quotations, invoicing, ordering, and back-order management.
Basic understanding of technical operations and commercial truck mechanical systems.
Advanced computer literacy, specifically Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high call / WhatsApp group volumes.
Ability to work overtime as operationally required.
