Parts Sales Executive (Front Counter) - Pretoria

POSITION INFO:
Our client based in Pretoria is looking for a Parts Sales Executive (Front Counter) to join their team.

Main objectives of the role:

Selling of vehicle parts
Provides individual advice to the customers, with the objective of ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Tasks and activities of the role:

Follow implemented targets meet objectives in the Parts Sales department
Takes back parts in accordance with guidelines (warranty, goodwill, exchange)
Boost parts sales
Customer advise and satisfaction
Responsible for correct invoicing
Plans sales activities
Effective liaison with the service department regarding ordering of parts etc.

Requirements:

Parts sales experienced in a Franchised Dealership experience is a must!
Driving license
Clear criminal record
