Requirements:

• Experience in automotive/truck parts sales
• Strong product knowledge (Scania, MAN, Volvo)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer literate & accurate with invoicing and payments
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to do customer visits and standby duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers and process parts sales/invoicing
• Handle returns, credit checks, and approved payments
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional service
• Adhere to health & safety, company policies, and housekeeping standards
