SUMMARY:
Our client a well established organisation in the South of Johannesburg is seeking the services of a Parts Administrator.

POSITION INFO:

Our client a well established organisation in the South of Johannesburg is seeking the services of a Parts Administrator. 

Salary: Basic R15 000 - R20 000 + Medical aid 100% + Provident Fund.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all admin in the Parts Department, this will include invoicing, claims, opening of process, liaising with colleagues in Germany, Data analysis. 

Min Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Non negotiable)
• Experience in Parts (Automotive, Trucks, Motorcycle) 
• Strong Administrative experience and abilities
• Strong Attention to detail
• Experience in working on a CRM
• Must have experience in Invoicing clients
• Must be an excellent communicator 
• Experience in moving stock
• Experience n Processing Claims
