Parts & Accessory Manager - West Rand (Roodepoort)
POSITION INFO:
Looking for an experienced and passionate Parts & Accessory Manager to lead the divisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage parts & accessory inventory: ordering, receiving, binning, and stock control
- Drive sales across walk-in, workshop, and online channels through expert product advice
- Lead and mentor the parts & accessory team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Coordinate with workshop teams and customers to ensure smooth service and retail experiences
- Stay updated on riding gear trends (helmets, apparel, protection) to maintain a premium offering
- Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring best pricing, timely delivery, and product awareness
- Represent the business at motorsport and dealership events via gear displays and pop-up shops
- Maintain accurate records, conduct regular stocktakes, and manage ERP/stock systems
- Report on sales, stock movement, departmental KPIs, and profitability
Requirements:- Extensive experience in motorcycle parts, gear, and accessory sales
- Proven success in a dealership or automotive retail environment
- Deep product knowledge — riders of Adventure, Enduro, or MX motorcycles strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in stock systems and reporting
