Position Overview:

Seeking  a competitive and trustworthy Partner Services Associate to help  build up  business activities. As a Partner Services Associate in the financial services industry, the candidate will play a vital role in promoting and selling financial products or services to brokers and clients. They will work closely with senior sales professionals to identify potential brokers and clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. The  primary responsibility will be to support the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring broker and client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Collaborate with senior sales executives to identify and prospect potential clients within the target market. Conduct market research to gather information on potential leads and develop a pipeline of qualified prospects.

2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the financial products and services offered by the company. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position and differentiate our products.

4. Sales Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Coordinate with internal teams such as underwriting, operations, and compliance to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

5. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

6. Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Ensure timely and effective communication to build trust and maintain client satisfaction.

7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and self-study. Continuously enhance your sales skills and financial expertise to better serve clients and achieve personal growth

Qualifications and Skills:

-Bachelor''s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

-Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial services sector.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey complex financial information.

-Basic understanding of financial products, such as investment funds, insurance, retirement planning, or banking services.

-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

-Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales tools for data management and reporting.
