Part-time Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:
Our client in Parkhurst is looking for a PARTTIME BOOKKEEPER to start ASAP!

POSITION INFO:

• Must be available for a full day on Monday 9:00 – 17:00 and on a half day on a Wednesday 9:00 – 13:00 at our offices in Parkhurst
• Qualification - BCom Accounting
• Must be able to take books to trial balance
• Must be able to work in Excel and have Microsoft Office
• Must have experience with Xero, Hubdocs and Pay space
• Must have an appetite to take on financial queries from the previous bookkeeper
• Must have access to Dropbox
• Vat calculations, VAT reports and filing VAT201 forms
• present monthly management accounts
• have experience with payroll software and payroll management up to and including filing EMP201 and EMP501 forms
• Must have their own PC
• Start Date: Immediately
