POSITION INFO:
A dynamic opportunity has opened up for a skilled Paraplanner to join a leading Private Clients team in Illovo, Gauteng.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the full administrative and compliance function, supporting a busy Wealth Manager’s growing investment and life book. If you're a master of coordination and thrive in a structured, high-performance environment, then this is the role for you.

Duties:

• Handle daily investment administration and client support functions
• Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance and FICA/FAIS requirements
• Liaise with service providers to manage account openings and investment processes
• Prepare documentation for client meetings, switches, top-ups, and reviews
• Provide high-quality support to Wealth Managers and their clients
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and prepare travel arrangements

• Matric and 2–3 years’ experience in investment administration or a similar financial services role
• Relevant BCom Degree
• Strong understanding of FICA and FSCA regulatory requirements
• High-level proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
