JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is a dynamic law firm based in Noordhoek, Cape Town. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, who can independently run with Conveyancing transfers.

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience.
Experience in transfers.
Able to reconcile a conveyancing transaction.
Previous conveyancing paralegal experience is essential.
Fully Computer literate on LexisConvey, Sars E-filing and MS Office.
Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong administrative and organization skills.
