Job description:  
This is a fantastic opportunity if you thrive in a structured, client-focused environment and want to deepen your experience in para planning, investment consulting, and financial administration. You’ll work closely with advisors, contribute to strategic decision-making, and help clients achieve their financial goals.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing compliance documentation, investment proposals, records of advice, and tax/estate planning calculations.
• Gathering and analysing client data, schedules, and applications.
• Submitting and following up on applications and maintaining client records.
• Conducting investment analysis, portfolio reviews, and monitoring strategies against risk profiles.
• Handling general administration such as account openings, payments, corporate action registers, and client requests.
