Our client, a well-established company in the Agricultural industry, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Packhouse Manager to lead and oversee their packhouse operations!

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric 
• Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Production Management, or related field would be advantageous
• 5 years’ experience in a packhouse management role within the soft fruit or similar agricultural sector would be highly beneficial 
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and export protocols
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and packhouse management systems
• Valid driver's licens
