Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Operate packaging machinery accurately according to instructions from the team leader.

• Ensure products are packed efficiently and correctly, with proper labeling.

• Minimize product damages during packing.

• Assist and support team members to achieve production targets.

• Attend relevant training sessions to stay updated.

• Report defective equipment to the shift leader.

• Monitor product quality against customer-approved samples, reporting non-conformances immediately.

• Record quality checks and maintain accurate documentation.

• Continuously monitor machine and mould performance, reporting issues promptly.

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and food safety procedures.

• Adhere to housekeeping standards, ensuring a neat and safe workspace.

• Follow safety protocols diligently, reporting any injuries.

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and dress code.

Requirements:

• Matric

• 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in packaging or operating similar machinery.
