SUMMARY:
Coordinate production administration and readiness, ensuring materials, components, documentation and supporting resources are available for scheduled production.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Matric / NQF Level 4 equivalent
Technical, manufacturing, engineering or production qualification advantageous
Experience in production administration, coordination, planning or supervision
Experience with purchase orders, parts, stock and material tracking
Experience coordinating with Procurement, suppliers and internal departments
Ability to work with technical drawings, BOMs, job cards and production documentation
Strong administrative, organisational and record-keeping skills
Good computer literacy – Excel, Outlook and Teams
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to identify shortages, delays and production readiness issues
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Comfortable working in a hands-on factory/manufacturing environment
